The label debut and long-awaited comeback of the legendary Belgian project AIBOFORCEN, “Sons Palliatifs” (2001) was one of the founding releases of Alfa Matrix — fitting, given the band’s deep ties to the label from its earliest days. The album completes the trilogy begun with “Elixir Lytique” and “Face (of) Death”, closing a chapter that helped define the melodic, emotional side of Belgian dark electro.

Produced together with John N. Sellekaers and carried by the expressive vocals of Laurence Hennuy and Séba Dolimont, “Sons Palliatifs” balances cinematic atmospheres with raw industrial textures and fragile, human melodies.
