Freakangel, known for their unique blend of electro and industrial sounds, is gearing up for their upcoming October tour across Mexico, with an exclusive performance in the USA. In celebration of this event, the band is releasing a special compilation featuring tracks from their first three albums, which form a completed “Trilogy” and are a cornerstone of their musical legacy.
This “Trilogy” represents the era of pure electronic sound for Freakangel, during which the band deeply explored and developed their roots in the industrial and electro scene. As their career progressed, Freakangel began experimenting with rock and metal elements, creating a unique hybrid style while always staying connected to their electronic origins. The Trilogy included in this compilation marks the culmination
of the band’s electronic era.
The compilation also features an exclusive remix of “My Darling Bullet” by Antibody, created specifically for this release. In addition, the release includes three remixes of “Crawling In The Dark,” selected from the winners of a 2024 remix contest. Participants used the original remix kit released by Freakangel in 2010, giving these versions a special connection to the band’s early work.
This compilation has been crafted specifically for the upcoming tour, where many of the featured tracks will be performed live during an old-school electro set. Fans will have the opportunity to relive the electronic period of Freakangel and enjoy live performances of their favourite tracks.
